We're going to cooking classes!

I got my Ozzie cooking lessons for his birthday. We don't know which one to take yet, but we already have a list.

CCA (Center for Culinary Arts) has the following classes:
  • March 19, Sat Basic Pastries
  • March 20, Sun Garde Manger
  • April 2, Sat Chinese Cuisine
  • April 3, Sun Japanese Cuisine
  • April 10, Sat Filipino Cuisine
  • April 16, Sun Thai & Vietnamese Cuisine
  • April 17, Sat American Cuisine
  • April 23, Sun Italian Cuisine
  • April 24, Sat French Cuisine

The lessons at Cafe Ysabel looks fun too... though the next classes we could take are Dave's Pasta and Bakeshop Cakes. The 'bakeshop cakes' class looks fun though it wouldn't be practical. We wouldn't cook Mango Cake, Strawberry Cake, Mocca Roll, Blueberry Cake with Streusel and Chocolate Cake..... hmmm... yummmmm :p~~

We might look for other options... but for now, those are the ones we have. I'm still looking for other classes. Too bad we didn't catch the "Basic cooking" class from Cafe Ysabel... would have been the perfect class to take.

Anyway, Ozzie would be the one to decide. :)

I wrote this in notepad, I think a week ago. When we didn't have electricity at the apartment so I stayed at Seattle's and 'tried' to work:

Shucks. I can't work without net. I have a lot of things that I have to do that does not require a network connection but I just can't seem to work properly without it. It really makes me uneasy.Well, that makes time so I could make an entry for my blog. It's been quite a while since I've updated it.
A lot of Ozzie things have happened, so sad that I didn't have time to blog the details. From cooking crepes and adobo in our apartment, eating a lot in Dampa (hehe twice.. I was really really full!) to receiving calls at my apartment, (hmmm.. people might be thinking we were doing something kinky. Yeah, I wish. hehehehe), the Corregidor trip... twas all fun. I'd try to blog more often...

Something funny: my officemates know I call my Ozzie "Ozzie". Hehe. Only my close friends know that, but somehow my officemates knew about it. They even know about hewwo, sowwee, teehee... and even shnuggles.

.

One good day coming up...

Here I am waiting for Ozzie. We usually go to the office at the same time. Its really a blessing that we have the chance to go to the office, have lunch and go home together.
It makes my day happy. Something to look forward to, despite this cynical world.
Being with my Ozzie never fails to cheer me up. I've had only 3 hours of sleep... but somehow I know that one good day is coming up.
:)

Any man has the chance to sweep any woman off of her feet

Ozzie and I watched Hitch at the Gateway mall. The concept is something new - something like a chick flick retrofitted for guys. Of course my Ozzie loved it. For some reason he loves chick flicks.

Thoughts:

Y A quote from the movie: "Ninety percent of what you're saying isn't coming out of your mouth."
4 I just remembered a statement from Ozzie regarding something like "bastos naman lahat ng lumalabas sa bibig ko eh... at lahat ng pumapasok." LOL

Y All of couples from the movie have their fist kiss at the third date.
4 We had ours at our first date. *^_^* *blush*

Y I don't know how true this statement is, but Hitch said in the movie that "8 out of 10 women believe that the first kiss will tell them everything that they need to know about a man."
4 My first kiss? It softly whispered "He's the one."

Y When Albert finally got to kiss Allegra, she said, "I love your lips"
4 I love my Ozzie's lips. I don't think anyone could ever match my Ozzie's soft, luscious lips.
¦* <- Ozzie giving me a big, fat one. :)

Y "Any man has the chance to sweep any woman off of her feet... he just has to have the right broom."
4 My Ozzie has the perfect broom. He has swept me off of my feet for so many times...

I went to the Hitch official website. The site is created entirely with Flash - how about those who don't have high speed internet? Even with my DSL, the site is incredibly slow.
It's a site worth going to, though.

For one thing, I finally found out the title of the song I've been dancing to. It's one of the soundtracks of the movie. The title of the song is "Yeah" by Usher. It's a real catchy song. :) I just realized, I already have it in my laptop, I just didn't have the time to listen to it before.

Something funny from the site: one of the Top Ten Tried and True Dating Practices:
#6. Pay for dinner, lunch or coffee. She has shoes and accessories to buy.
-> Teehee... funny :p

Pawty Galowe

Cawla's Baby Shower
We went to Carla's baby shower yesterday. Yummy food, fun games, lotsa fun!

My Ozzie won the baby bottle game. It's such fun to see grown men suck from a baby bottle (hmmm.. that kind of didn't sound right). My baby chugged it down like a pro! (I wonder where he got the skills...)
Another game was to smell the diapy (guess the brand of chocolate melted in the diapy). Of course I didn't join. Eventhough I am a true-blue chocolate connoisseur, I still lack the sense of smell. Without tasting the chocolates, they're all the same to me.

Elbert's team (the officemates) won the previous game. He was nice enough to give Ozzie one of his chocolates. ^_____^ Sooo happy. :)
But then being the spoiled brat that I am, I looked at Elbert's other chocolate bar with yearning and desire. Of course I was partly kidding. After a few minutes, somehow it landed into my hands... teehee... Ozzie said Elbert was allergic to chocolates. Awwww... Poor him...
*good for me!!!!*

Kathy's Birthday
Ozzie and I went ahead to go to another party. From a baby shower to a birthday party. Banana Nut Cruch, Kami2 and SM Carebears greeted Kathy a happy silver birthday. There, we finally met Anya. She's so cute. :) She almost cried when we flocked to her though... maybe she was scared of the unfamiliar faces.
Kathy had a nice house. It was Melrose place-y like. They have a star-studded neighborhood, btw. Oh, well... Valle girl.

Thought for the day:
Next week would be my Ozzie's birthday! Teehee. He'd finally be 22. ^_^
No more "pedophile" jokes for me!

...well at least not for another six months.
